COVID-19 Updates for CKS Community

Updated on April 2, 2020

Dear CKS Families,

Thank you for visiting the CKS COVID-19 site. This will be the central source of communication related to COVID-19 information for the CKS community. All cancellations, archived messages, and updates will be posted on this website so that you can conveniently locate related information.

We will continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 situation, and we are in consistent communication with the Diocese of Dallas in order to follow all recommendations. We have been informed by the Catholic Schools Office that diocesan school closures have been extended through May 1, 2020. Please know that this information can change, and we will update the CKS community as soon as possible with any updates.

The CKS E-Learning protocol has been successfully implemented. Teachers and students have been actively engaged in meaningful instruction, and we look forward to continuing our E-Learning in the coming weeks. You can review the CKS E-Learning Guidelines here and Spiritual Resources here. Daily prayer and announcements will also be posted on the CKS Facebook page.

It is a blessing to be a part of such a wonderful faith community at CKS. We will continue to keep your families in our prayers. Please let us know if you have any questions. We all miss our students, and we look forward to seeing everyone in the near future. Go Crusaders!

God, Family, Christ the King,
Dr. Bosco and Dr. O'Sullivan
