If a child who regularly attends the program will be absent, the parent must leave a message for the Extended School Day Program Director not to expect the child. In the absence of such a message, every effort will be made to reach the parent unless the child was also absent from school that day. The child who attends the program must be signed–out by the parent or authorized pick–up person.
REASONS FOR WITHDRAWAL
Christ the King School will make every effort to help each child have a happy experience within the Extended School Day Program. In the interests of all those in the program, children may be asked to withdraw for the following reasons:

- failure to observe the 6:00 P.M. pick — up time
- disregarding the behavior guidelines for the children in the program
- physical or verbal abuse of the staff or other children
Failure to comply with these instances may result in the director, in consultation with the school principal, to request withdrawal from the program.
Any parent experiencing a problem with any aspect of the program is encouraged to discuss the situation with the program director.
The program director is available for conferences and if a parent feels the program has not been addressed adequately, a conference with the school principal may be requested.
