Mrs. De La Garza

I am Susie De La Garza. I've been teaching for 21 years. I am honored and excited to be part of this wonderful family at Christ The King! I grew up in Minnesota and came down to Texas to attend the University of Dallas. I have attended Catholic schools my entire life, kindergarten through college.

Third grade is such an important year in your child's life. Your child will be learning, laughing, growing, and having fun in our room. I do my very best to use my talents to nurture and challenge your child to strive and reach their full potential in all areas. I see each child as an individual and someone with whom I want to help develop a love of learning, along with other important skills and manners that will enable them to be lifelong learners and problem solvers. My philosophy is to welcome all, embrace everyone, and hope that each student finds themselves better for having been here with me..
