The CKS admissions process consists of three parts - the online application, admissions testing, and a family interview.
ONLINE APPLICATION
You can start our online application here: CKS Application (The application for the 2027-2028 school year will be available on October 1, 2026.) Within the CKS application, you will be asked to upload:
- Copy of child's birth certificate (If the child was not born in the U.S., we need a copy of their Visa)
- Copy of child's Baptismal Certificate, if Catholic
- Immunization Record*
- Teacher Recommendation Form
- Application fee of $150
The CKS priority application deadline is Friday, January 8, 2027.
ADMISSIONS TESTING & FAMILY INTERVIEW
Applicants will be able to sign up for both admissions and a family interview after their application has been submitted.
Admissions notifications will be emailed on Friday, March 12, 2027.
* Immunization Record (provided by the child's physician) must include the month, day, and year of each immunization and the healthcare provider’s signature or stamp.
